He presents more than 100 sessions each year on topics including HVAC systems, electrical equipment, solar systems, water heaters, engineering, and fire origin and cause.

Before joining Alpine Intel, Jay worked as a senior property learning facilitator and an outside property claims representative, handling both personal and commercial claims nationwide.
