Kevin was raised in a hands-on, do-it-yourself household, where he acquired foundational construction skills early on. During his college years, he gained practical experience working at a prominent home improvement retailer, deepening his knowledge of building materials and techniques. After spending over ten years in the construction and home improvement industry, he transitioned to the insurance sector, focusing on disaster recovery efforts and mentoring new employees to enhance their effectiveness in the field. Currently, as a technical education trainer at Alpine Intel, Kevin is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs and educational content aimed at equipping insurance adjusters with the expertise needed to navigate complex claims efficiently and accurately.​
