CA Fair Claims 2024

Insurers are compelled to ascertain that every employee involved in any way in the claims process is trained about the regulations. This course will guide insurance professionals in a review of the regulations and provide a certificate of completion.
The course is required annually by September 1st.

All California agents and brokers must complete a 1-hour Anti-Fraud Awareness Training Course as part of their annual ethics training requirements. The course provides you access to that training material and provided by the provides a completion certificate.
