States requiring anti-fraud training for insurance professionals include:
AR, CA, CO, DC, FL, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, PA, TN, VT, WA.
State Required Training
The insurer must establish and maintain a continuous anti-fraud training program designed to develop and enhance the anti-fraud awareness skills of key anti-fraud personnel.
For new hires, California regulations mandate the completion of this course within 90 days. This course combines both the New Hire and Annual requirements and is intended for all Insurance Professionals.
This course is equivalent to two hours of training, fulfilling the annual regulatory requirements for California and other states that mandate fraud awareness training.
