Meet the instructor

Curtis Whitfill

VP SIU Compliance & CE Programs
Curtis holds multiple certifications including CIFI, CFE, and licenses as a Texas Adjuster, CE Instructor, and Private Investigator. He has a graduate degree in Leadership and a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice. Curtis joined VRC in 2019 after a career in law enforcement, SIU and leadership positions in insurance organizations.
His law enforcement career includes work in major crimes investigation at the Texas Department of Insurance. Curtis's achievements are marked by awards from the FBI Director, US Attorneys' office and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. His SIU skills extend to Fire Investigation, Accident Reconstruction, Forensic Death Investigations and SIU Anti-Fraud Compliance.
