Do I have to verify my email when creating an account?

Yes. Every new user must verify their email address once when setting up their account for the first time. This step ensures your account is secure and that you can receive important updates, password reset links, and CE completion confirmations. After signup, we automatically send a verification email to the address you entered. You must click the link inside that email to activate your account.

Why is my email verification code not arriving?

Verification emails are usually delivered within seconds, but delays can happen. If your verification email doesn’t arrive right away, wait up to 5 minutes, check all your folders (including your spam folder), then click Resend Email on the verification screen.


The most common reasons are:
