Why is my email verification code not arriving?
Verification emails are usually delivered within seconds, but delays can happen. If your verification email doesn’t arrive right away, wait up to 5 minutes, check all your folders (including your spam folder), then click Resend Email on the verification screen.
The most common reasons are:
- The email was filtered to Spam or Junk
- Gmail filtered it under Promotions or Updates
- Your inbox is full
- Your company email security filters blocked it
- Your email address was mistyped during signup
- Your internet connection was unstable when the request was sent
