Do I have to verify my email when creating an account?

Yes. Every new user must verify their email address once when setting up their account for the first time. This step ensures your account is secure and that you can receive important updates, password reset links, and CE completion confirmations. After signup, we automatically send a verification email to the address you entered. You must click the link inside that email to activate your account.

Why is my email verification code not arriving?

Verification emails are usually delivered within seconds, but delays can happen. If your verification email doesn’t arrive right away, wait up to 5 minutes, check all your folders (including your spam folder), then click Resend Email on the verification screen.


The most common reasons are:
  • The email was filtered to Spam or Junk
  • Gmail filtered it under Promotions or Updates
  • Your inbox is full
  • Your company email security filters blocked it
  • Your email address was mistyped during signup
  • Your internet connection was unstable when the request was sent

How do I know if the issue is with my email or your system?

If you’re not receiving a verification email, the issue is usually email-related, not system-related.


It is likely email-related if:
  • You’re not receiving any email from us
  • Messages are landing in spam or filtered folders
  • Your work email blocks automated messages
  • You mistyped your email during signup


It may be system-related if:
  • The verification page will not load
  • The “Resend Email” button does nothing
  • You receive a system error message
  • Your account shows a blank or incorrect email
